There have been reports from our guests that there are people who have no relation to our guesthouse touted our guests from the bus stations in the Tsimshatsui area. Here we would like to clarify that we do not pick up guests from any bus stop. When there is a stranger claiming he is from our guesthouse, please do not follow them. Thank you very much.

Introduction
Star Guest House is located in the center of the city and the main hotel area of Hong Kong - Tsimshatsui, Kowloon. It is so convenient that shopping, eating, banking etc can all be done nearby us on Cameron Road. There are a great number of restaurants serving cuisines from different countries, cheap or expensive, nearby. The Tsimshatsui MTR station is just right on Cameron Road. For sightseeing, the beautiful Victoria Harbour is only walking distance. To and from the Hong Kong International Airport, the Airport Bus A21 or the Airport Express Train is available. To and from other parts of the city, MTR, KCR, buses and ferries are available. To and from China and Macau, the Tsimshatsui East KCR station and the China Hong Kong Ferry Terminal is only near. We are the first ever licensed guesthouse in Hong Kong.

Star Guest House is founded by Charlie Chan back in 1985. Star Guest House is one of Charlie's guest houses in Tsimshatsui, Kowloon. One of the another guesthouse managed by Charlie is the Lee Garden Guest House, where all of them are located on Cameron Road of Tsimshatsui, Kowloon. There's a combined 55 rooms in all guesthouses Charlie has. Charlie's guesthouses are well known and welcomed by tourists as they are honorably mentioned in many guidebooks because of their clean, comfortable rooms and decent service at reasonable prices. Our properties are 100% licensed and complied with the government regulations on fire and building safety, unlike many properties in the nearby Mirador Mansion or Chungking Mansion.

We provide accommodations with quality that is superior to offerings from the notorious Chungking Mansion and Mirador Mansion. The people and situation around our guesthouse are far less complicated. To access your rooms, 2 locked doors are needed to get pass with keys we provide after checking in. Building gate is closed after midnight and there is guard men on duty on the ground floor during day time. In our building you do not need to wait around 15 minutes for a lift like in Chungking Mansion. The building where we located, Fook Kiu Mansion, is thoroughly renovated just a few years ago. Our rooms are spotlessly clean, staff are very friendly. If you prefer a safe, comfortable and good valued place to stay during your days in Hong Kong, Star Guest House is your best choice.
